— Sir Vivian Richards
What We Are About
CIP utilizes the sport of cricket as a tool for behavioural modification, character development, and academic enhancement. Designed to empower students facing serious behavioural challenges, the programme provides a structured, nurturing environment that promotes emotional intelligence, critical thinking, communication skills, and cultural appreciation.

Our Impact

Since its inception, CIP has demonstrated proven success. Of the twenty-two participants at Merlene Ottey High School, seven senior students achieved commendable results in the 2024 CSEC examinations, alongside significant improvements in grooming, conflict resolution, classroom engagement, and overall deportment.

“Self-belief and hard work will always earn you success.”
— Virat Kohli
